My Most Favoritest Person in the WORLD.

Eleanor Roosevelt.

She is My hero.

I started studying her in the 6th grade.

She is soooo fascinating.

She is my favorite person in the world.

She is a person who is well rounded, and doesn't care about what people think of her.

I loved her attitude about life. (more people should be like her.)

Her is some quick facts about her:

  • She was orphaned by the age of ten, and even before that spent most of her time alone.
  • Eleanor Roosevelt came to symbolize the independent and politically active woman
  •  She married Franklin D. Roosevelt, and even after he had an affair she still stood by his side
  • when her husband got polio, she did all the things he couldn't... even if that means she had to go inside a coal mine or do other things.
  • She did all her own things, she helped with the government, she had her own summer home and she even had an adivice column.
  • even though, through out her life she stuggled with her parents abandonment and later death, all the things that happened with her husband, and her mother in law, she had such a happy outlook on life and was such an inspiration for others.

lastly, here are some quotes - so you can have some of her insiration too. =)

have a amazing day and i hope you learned something from this powerful woman!

Kyra =)

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

We gain strength, and courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face... we must do that which we think we cannot.

Learn from the mistakes of others. You can’t live long enough to make them all yourself.
